Starting young, Max is already sporting JC6 gear. A true Jay Cutler fan, Max is counting down till 2010-2011 Chicago Bears season.

I've always been a Cutler fan and was so amazed when we acquired him! I was jumpin around work, yelling "Cutler is a bear!" That night, I went straight home ordered my jersey! I now own a helmet, pics, every color of his jersey, and a jc6 hat!

Trevor's flag football team makes up football cards for the boys. The stats on the back list each kids' favorite player. Trevor chose Jay, this year! He loves Jay so much that the jersey he's wearing has been worn so much, he needs a new one!

I've had Type 1 diabetes for 3 years. I was inspired by meeting you and wanted to thank you for your kindness. My family admires your courage and strength as living with this disease presents so many challenges.

It was a very Cutler Christmas in our household this year. I am a huge Bears fan and I live and die with the team like my Dad has done for the past 35 years.

My 5 year old has type 1 diabetes and every time she hears "Jay Cutler" she says, "If he can play football with diabetes, I will do it too!" She met Jay in May of 2009 at La Rabida Children Hospital function.

I have Type 1 diabetes. Jay's my hero. He shows me diabetes can't stop me from playing football. I want to be a football player, throw TD passes for diabetes & send kids to camp. I watch Jay play & he reminds me that I can, too! Thanks for being my inspiration.

Kindergartner Tobi and her Bulldog Rex (the irony...) are huge Jay Cutler fans. Every Friday she proudly wears the jersey of her favorite player to school. Go Bears!

I have been a Chicago Bears fan since I was 6! I am 26 now. Win or lose, I couldn't be happier that Jay is a Bear. Happy Halloween!

We're crazy about the Bears + have the Cutler Craze! Our family watches all the games in our family room dubbed ‘The Bear-Den.' We monitored Jay leaving Denver from Feb til April. Now we celebrate Jay-Day! Just excited you're our QB!

Raising my 7 month old boys, Cannon and Cason, to one day follow in the footsteps of Jay! They've watched all the wins and the two loses occurred while they were sleeping (got to stay away from those Sunday night games!)
